In addition to our ready-made designs, Kiddy Cats Eye is proud to specialize in custom orders. If you don’t see exactly what you are looking for on our Pillows pages, you may want to contact us for a custom design quote. We can tailor make pillows to your specifications with as little or as much input as you’d like to provide.
Fabrics
We can match your colors and design style with fabrics we have in stock, or you can provide us with your own fabrics. If we don’t have exactly what you are looking for in stock, we are happy to find it for you. Although we specialize in vintage materials, we can use whatever fabrics you request, new or old.
Shapes
You can choose from any of our 50+ shapes, or send us a photo of your space and let us offer suggestions. We can even custom design a new shape to match a motif already in your décor.
Matching Sets
Although all of our ready-made pillows are one-of-a-kind, we will gladly make matching sets of custom designs. And, as with all KCE pillows, you are guaranteed that your designs will be yours alone, never replicated for someone else.
Special Materials
We are happy to incorporate family heirloom linens, clothing, fabrics or other textiles into your custom designs. This is also a great way to salvage otherwise damaged items that can no longer be used for their original purposes. Suitable materials include wedding dresses, baby clothes, quilts, blankets, scarves, needlepoint, tablecloths, clothing trims and buttons, or pretty much anything that can be sewn.
Cost
There is a flat $20 per pillow design fee for each pillow custom designed. Additional charges may apply to fabrics purchased specifically for custom jobs, for fabric searches, or for custom pattern design. Otherwise, price is calculated by the same scale as our ready-made designs.
